Aspire Real Estate Development is to build a seven story, 19-unit luxury condo building in the heart of Pompano Beach. It has acquired land for the purpose.
“We have followed South Florida’s real estate and condo market very closely and have identified different segments of the market,” Aspire Real Estate Development Principle Sean Lin said in a statement. “Even with luxury condo sales in Miami being down, our research indicates there is a big demand for affordable living by the ocean for new construction with contemporary design.”
Lin added, “Our new condo building will be two minutes from the beach and all the exciting new development around the beach. Imagine walking out the front door of your luxury home feeling the ocean breeze as you stroll into an oasis of retail stores, top-notch eateries, and beach waves.”
The building will create an intimate living space for future residents with each 2Bed/2Baths + den unit overlooking the ocean. The boutique-styled building will have a contemporary exterior and interior décor giving future residences will offer high-end living at a modest price. Starting at $500,000 (£400,000), the luxury condos are lowest among competitors in South Florida.
Pompano Beach is fast becoming the destination for real estate development. The city of Pompano recently opened a $20-million-dollar (£15.87 million) parking garage near their $10 million dollar (£7.93 million) renovated beach, making it one of the best beaches in South Florida.
