London residential property specialist back to Swansea Bay

South and West Wales law firm, JCP Solicitors, has boosted its expertise further with the appointment of a new member of its Swansea based conveyancing team, who specialises in high-value transactions.

Emily Diaz has joined JCP Solicitors after completing her training and laying the foundations of her career in London. She is an expert in specialist properties and multi-million pound transactions. She has practised in all aspects of residential property – freehold and leasehold, new build, lease extensions, transfer of equities and unregistered land.

Emily’s appointment comes within months of JCP Solicitors boosting its Commercial Property team, when Rob Howells joined the team as a Director, leading JCP’s West Wales property offering.

Head of the Swansea Residential Property team, Emma Gilroy says, “Emily is a highly capable specialist with an impressive pedigree and a natural affinity with people, and her appointment has added further expertise.

“I know our clients will benefit from her knowledge and skills and we look forward to working alongside her in offering the best possible legal expertise.

“One of the keys to JCP’s success in recent years has been the fact that, as a company, we are always alert to areas of potential growth within the business – the continued reinforcement of our property team illustrates this.”

Emily says, “I am delighted to be joining JCP Solicitors and to be returning home to South West Wales after some time away.

“I am looking forward to bringing my ideas to the table for the local property market and to working with the communities in and around South and West Wales and further afield.

“I am also looking forward to enjoying the unique quality of life benefits that living in this lovely part of the world brings.”
