As the world raves about Pokémon Go, a local apartment listing website, Hipflat, has jumped on the trend, hoping they can rent or sell condos because they have Pokéstops nearby.

Hipflat believes that the trend might go on for a while; it has added a search filter to help Pokémon trainers find the perfect house right next to a Pokéstop or gym in addition to reasonable filters like BTS stations and how many bedrooms you want.

Hipflat CEO and Founder, Denis Nemtsev asked, “Why not combine the desire to find these places (Pokéstops) with the strong demand for real estate property search? They both are based on a location of where you are and where you want to be.”
