France’s AMF issues a list of unregulated binary options brokers

by Jonathan Adams

Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), The French regulator, has published a list of new websites which are offering trading in binary options without authorization. The websites on the list have been recently found and the regulator could not identify an authorized investment services provider behind them.

The list includes the following:

  • ww.angels-investors.com
  • www.attractivetrade.com

Out of these, many of the websites are still active. Some of them offer their services in English, while others, in French. Neither of them provides verifiable information on their regulation and some of them are strikingly similar.
