GDI Property Group puts two office towers on the market

by Jonathan Adams

Listed syndicator GDI Property Group will put two of its towers in Brisbane and Sydney on the market.

GDI has appointed CBRE to sell its 307 Queen St office tower in Brisbane and CBRE and Knight Frank to sell its Sydney tower at 66 Goulburn St.

The sale forms part of GDI’s strategy to recycle assets and capitalise on the ongoing strong demand for office investment opportunities.

CBRE’s Bruce Baker, Flint Davidson and Tom Phipps will steer the Queen St sale campaign, which is tipped to generate significant investor interest.

Baker said, “Well positioned, core real estate is a rare commodity at present, with limited opportunities throughout the major capital city markets”.

He continued, “This is expected to underpin significant interest in 307 Queen Street, which offers the benefits of a robust cash flow and a prime location on one of the most high profile corners in Brisbane.”
