Investing in UK real estate, particularly in HMOs for students, is believed as a great idea since HMOs seem to impressively yield great returns of the investment. As investing in other property types, it is important to consider the location of the HMOs where you invest in. It is makes sense to look at a location near a university and in an area that students commonly live. Here are some top hot spots worth you to invest in HMOs for students in the UK:

1. Birmingham
It is the UK’s second largest student city with five universities (Aston, Birmingham, Birmingham City, Newman and University College Birmingham). It has over 65,000 students every year.
