Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (WRE) Receives “Hold” Rating from Stifel Nicolaus

Washington Real Estate Investment Trust (NYSE:WRE)‘s stock had its “hold” rating reaffirmed by analysts at Stifel Nicolaus in a note issued to investors on Friday. They presently have a $33.00 (£25.21) price target on the real estate investment trust’s stock. Stifel Nicolaus’ target price suggests a potential upside of 3.25% from the company’s previous close.

Several other analysts have also recently commented on the company. BidaskClub cut Washington Real Estate Investment Trust from a “hold” rating to a “sell” rating in a research report on Tuesday, July 11th. Robert W. Baird upgraded Washington Real Estate Investment Trust from a “neutral” rating to an “outperform” rating and set a $34.00 (£25) target price on the stock in a research report on Tuesday, May 16th.

One research analyst has rated the stock with a sell rating, three have given a hold rating and three have issued a buy rating to the company’s stock. The stock presently has an average rating of “Hold” and an average price target of $33.92 (£25).
